MJ Johnson, Aesthetic RN, BSN, PHN, is the founder and lead injector of Northern Rose MedSpa. With a strong clinical background and a deep appreciation for natural aesthetics, MJ is known for delivering results that are subtle, balanced, and never overdone.
Her approach is rooted in both science and artistry—taking time to understand each patient’s unique features, goals, and long-term vision. MJ believes aesthetic treatments should enhance confidence, not change identity, and she is committed to guiding patients with honesty, education, and integrity.

Leigha Bos, APRN, FNP, serves as the Medical Director for Northern Rose MedSpa. With extensive experience in medical aesthetics, She provides clinical oversight and guidance to ensure all treatments are performed safely, ethically, and in accordance with medical best practices.
Committed to maintaining the highest standards of care, Leigha works closely with the Northern Rose team to support ongoing education, protocol development, and patient safety.
